To make things easier for you, we offer two ways to receive our products: in-store pickup or home delivery, either as a one-time order or through a subscription.

In-store pickup in Saint-Prex

We deliver a selection of our products throughout Switzerland via Swiss Post.

Frequently Asked Questions
No later than 12:00 PM on the day before shipment (Monday for Tuesday or Wednesday for Thursday).
Orders placed after this time will be shipped on the next shipping day.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight and are displayed before checkout.
When multiple active subscriptions with shipping are in place, orders are combined whenever possible to minimize shipping costs.
Shipping costs are:
- 12 CHF for packages weighing 0 to 2 kg
- 15 CHF for packages weighing 2 to 10 kg
- 24 CHF for packages weighing 10 to 30 kg
Subscriptions are available on the following schedules:
weekly, biweekly, or monthly.
If you’d like to receive the same product more than once a week, simply create several separate subscriptions and select the desired delivery or pickup day for each one (for example, one delivery on Tuesday and another on Thursday).
Each subscription remains separate and can be modified, paused, or canceled at any time through your account dashboard.

Yes, they freeze very well once sliced. It’s a great way to save on shipping costs by combining several loaves into a single shipment.
Yes, you can do this at any time through your customer account. You can change your subscription, pause it, or cancel it.

Payment is automatically charged for each shipment using the payment method you selected during your first purchase.
