Terms of service

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) apply to all orders placed on the website www.pepilous.ch. By placing an order, the customer ("you") confirms having read these terms and accepts them in full.

2. Products

We offer a varied range of artisan products made in an exclusively gluten-free workshop and prepared from carefully selected ingredients. The images published in our online shop are strictly illustrative and cannot give rise to any contractual liability on our part.

3. Prices and payment

All prices shown are in Swiss francs (CHF), taxes included. Delivery costs, calculated according to the delivery address, will be clearly indicated before you confirm your order. Payment is made securely upon confirmation of your order, by bank card or Twint. Your order is considered firm once payment has been validated.

4. Modifying or cancelling an order

Every order placed on www.pepilous.ch is prepared with the greatest care, by hand and to order. If you wish to modify or cancel your order after confirmation, please contact us as soon as possible by email at: boutique@pepilous.ch.
We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, Pepilou's reserves the right to refuse any modification or cancellation of the order, in particular if it has already been prepared or dispatched or if it involves perishable goods.

5. Right to refuse an order

Pepilou's reserves the right to refuse an order in the event of an ongoing dispute with the customer, full or partial non-payment of a previous order, or if the order appears abnormal, fraudulent or incompatible with production or delivery logistics. In the event of refusal, any amounts already received will be fully refunded.

6. Delivery

We deliver exclusively within Switzerland, to the address you have provided. The times given are indicative: in the event of a delay attributable to the carrier or linked to external circumstances (strikes, weather, force majeure ...), Pepilou's cannot be held liable.

7. Fresh products and right of withdrawal

In accordance with Swiss legislation, perishable goods are not subject to a right of withdrawal.

8. Complaints and incident handling

Please check your order as soon as you receive it. In the event of a missing, damaged or non-compliant product, please inform us in writing within 48 hours, attaching photos if possible. After this period, no complaint can be taken into account. We do not accept returns.

9. Liability

Pepilou's liability is strictly limited to the performance of its contractual obligations. No indirect damage, loss of profit or inconvenience related to the use of the products (in particular in the event of allergies or intolerances) can be attributed to Pepilou's.

10. Force majeure

Pepilou's cannot be held liable for the partial or total non-performance of its obligations if such non-performance is due to a case of force majeure, such as strike, pandemic, natural disaster, technical incident or any other event beyond its control.

11. Intellectual property
