Terms of Use
1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&C) apply to all orders placed on the website www.pepilous.ch. By placing an order, the customer (“you”) confirms that they have read these terms and conditions and accept them in their entirety.
2. Products
We offer a wide variety of artisanal products made in a strictly gluten-free facility using carefully selected ingredients. The images displayed on our online store are for illustrative purposes only and do not constitute a contractual obligation on our part.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices shown are in Swiss francs (CHF) and include tax. Shipping costs, calculated based on the delivery address, will be clearly displayed before you confirm your order. Payment is processed securely upon confirmation of your order, via credit card or Twint. Your order is considered final once payment has been confirmed.
4. Modifying or Canceling an Order
Every order placed on www.pepilous.ch is prepared with the utmost care, using traditional methods and made to order. If you wish to modify or cancel your order after it has been confirmed, please contact us as soon as possible by email at:boutique@pepilous.ch.
We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, Pepilou’s reserves the right to refuse any modification or cancellation of the order, particularly if it has already been prepared or shipped, or if it involves perishable goods.
5. Right to cancel an order
Pepilou’s reserves the right to refuse an order in the event of an ongoing dispute with the customer, total or partial non-payment of a previous order, or if the order appears to be unusual, fraudulent, or incompatible with our production or delivery capabilities. In the event of a refusal, any amounts already received will be refunded in full.
6. Delivery
We deliver exclusively within Switzerland, to the address you provided. The delivery times listed are approximate: Pepilou’s cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the carrier or due to external circumstances (strikes, weather, force majeure, etc.).
7. Fresh Products and the Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Swiss law, perishable goods are not subject to a right of withdrawal.
8. Complaints and Incident Management
We ask that you inspect your order upon receipt. If any items are missing, damaged, or do not match your order, please notify us in writing within 48 hours, including photos if possible. After this period, no claims will be accepted. We do not accept returns.
9. Liability
Pepilou’s liability is strictly limited to the fulfillment of its contractual obligations. Pepilou’s shall not be held liable for any indirect damages, loss of profits, or inconvenience arising from the use of the products (including, but not limited to, allergies or intolerances).
10. Force Majeure
Pepilou’s shall not be held liable for any partial or total failure to fulfill its obligations if such failure is due to a force majeure event, such as a strike, pandemic, natural disaster, technical incident, or any other event beyond its control.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on this website (text, images, logos, trademarks) is protected by intellectual property laws and remains the exclusive property of Pepilou’s or its partners. Any reproduction is prohibited without written permission.
12. Protection of Personal Data
The personal data collected when you place an order (name, address, email, phone number, etc.) is treated with the utmost confidentiality. It is used exclusively for order management, delivery, and billing, as well as—if you have given your consent—to send you marketing communications from Pepilou’s.
In accordance with the Federal Data Protection Act (FDP) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, correct, object to, delete, and transfer your data at any time.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Swiss law. In the event of a dispute regarding the validity, interpretation, or enforcement of these terms, the courts of the Canton of Vaud, District of Morges, shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
