with carefully selected ingredients.
To make life easier, we offer two ways to receive our products: in-store pickup or home delivery, as a one-off order or a subscription.

In-store pickup in Saint-Prex
In-store pickup is free and available for all our products.

Frequently asked questions
By midday the day before the dispatch day at the latest (Monday for Tuesday, or Wednesday for Thursday).
Orders placed after this time will be sent on the next dispatch day.
Delivery costs are calculated based on the total weight and shown before checkout.
When several delivery subscriptions are active, shipments are combined wherever possible to limit shipping costs.
Shipping costs are:
- 12 CHF for parcels from 0 to 2 kg
- 15 CHF for parcels from 2 to 10 kg
- 24 CHF for parcels from 10 to 30 kg
Subscriptions are offered at the following frequencies:
weekly, fortnightly or monthly.
If you'd like to receive the same product more than once a week, simply create several separate subscriptions and choose, for each one, the dispatch or pickup day you'd like (for example one on Tuesday and another on Thursday).
Each subscription then stays independent and can be changed, paused or cancelled at any time from your account.

No. They're baked the very morning of dispatch, then carefully packaged to keep all their freshness until they reach you.
Yes, they freeze beautifully once sliced. It's a great way to limit shipping costs by combining several loaves in a single order.
Yes, at any time from your account. You can change your subscription, pause it or cancel it.
It's shown directly on the product page. For now, only breads, madeleines and mini muffins can be part of your subscription.
No, there's no commitment at all. You're free to start, change or stop your subscription whenever you like.
Yes, you can pause one or more deliveries very easily from your account, without losing your subscription.
Yes. For example, you could receive a plain loaf every week and a walnut loaf every month.
Payment is charged automatically with each dispatch, using the payment method you chose at your first purchase.
Yes. As a subscriber, you have priority on available quantities. In the rare event of a shortage, we'll contact you personally.
